As part of our continued investment in Hidden Escapes, development work is currently taking place on neighbouring lodges within the wider site. Many guests experience little or no impact from these works and may not notice them at all - as you can see from our many happy reviews. Works are generally restricted to daytime hours, typically between 9:00am and 3:00pm, and we make every effort to minimise any disruption to our guests. Depending on the stage and location of the works, some guests may experience occasional construction-related noise, while others may notice little or no impact. A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. If the booking is made within 5 days of the event/date, full payment is required at the time of booking. Cancellations made more than 5 days before the booking date will result in the booking being cancelled and the deposit being forfeited.
Arrival
Someone will meet you onsite, you will then be given a guided tour. We do send welcome emails and add you to our electric gate system.

Accessibility
The lodge is accessed from a gravel car park, with steps leading up to the entrance. As a result, access may be difficult for wheelchair users. Inside, the lodge features a spacious open-plan living area that is easy to navigate and provides good circulation space. There is a small threshold at the door leading outside, and two steps down into the main outdoor area of the lodge. The outdoor facilities are arranged across different levels. The hot tub is set lower than in some of our other lodges, making access easier, although there is an additional step down at the rear of the lodge. The kitchen and karaoke room are located on the same level as the hot tub and main outdoor area, allowing for straightforward movement between these spaces. If you have any specific accessibility requirements, please contact us before booking and we will be happy to discuss the suitability of the accommodation for your needs.
