About your Lodge.
The Nellie Lodge is our newest retreat — a design-led lodge with two private king-size bedrooms, a generous open-plan living area, and outdoor space designed to be lived in rather than just looked at.
Inside you'll find warm materials, soft furnishings, ambient lighting, and a fully equipped kitchen stocked with everything you'd expect at home — and a few things you wouldn't.
Step outside to your own private retreat, complete with a hot tub, wood-clad sauna, fire pit, and covered outdoor bar.
Sleeps up to four guests across two king-size bedrooms. Photography and online booking will follow ahead of the first guest stays.

Set within its own enclosed plot, The Nellie offers the same sense of privacy as our other lodges — screened outdoor spaces, dedicated parking, and discreet access via private electric gates.

Cancellation & safety
Cancellation
A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. If the booking is made within 5 days of the event/date, full payment is required at the time of booking. Cancellations made more than 5 days before the booking date will result in the booking being cancelled and the deposit being forfeited.
Arrival
Someone will meet you onsite, you will then be given a guided tour. We do send welcome emails and add you to our electric gate system.
Damage deposit
£100 returned within 7 days of departure
Property access
There are steps leading up into The Nellie Lodge from the parking area. This property is not step-free and may not suit guests with limited mobility. Please contact us before booking if you have any questions about access.

The Nellie Lodge is not yet open for online booking. Photography on this page will be added ahead of launch. The photographs on our website are intended to represent the style and standard of our lodges. As part of our ongoing commitment to enhancing our guests' experience, we may occasionally update furnishings, décor, layouts or appliances. While some features may differ from those shown, any changes will be of an equivalent or higher standard and are made to improve the accommodation wherever possible. From time to time, unforeseen maintenance issues or equipment failures may occur that are outside of our control. In such circumstances, certain facilities, appliances or features may be temporarily unavailable while repairs are carried out or replacement parts are sourced. We will always endeavour to resolve any issues as quickly as possible and minimise any disruption to our guests' stay. Please note: Ongoing development works are taking place within parts of the wider site. Occasional daytime construction noise may be experienced between 9:00am and 3:00pm. What is there to do if the weather isn't great?+
The Nellie Lodge has Pool table, Wi-Fi & smart TV, Dart Board. Outdoor areas are still usable when you're happy to brave the Angus weather.
Are pets allowed?+
Unfortunately, due to us having our own animals on site, we can't accept any animals. This includes service dogs.
How does check-in work?+
